I work collaboratively with leaders and managers across the Trust and Redhill Teaching Hub to ensure the delivery, structure, and evaluation of professional development is purposeful and consistent across the organisation. I work closely with our strategic university partners to oversee the PGCE programme for the Trust, offering information and guidance to trainee teachers to support their professional development. I am also responsible for leading the Association Steering group, enthusiastically driving initiatives that ensure all our staff development needs are met with the highest standards of CPD. Staff retention, well-being and professional support are key to my role and are areas that I thoroughly enjoy working on as an accredited coach.
