I lead on early career teacher induction for the Trust, which involves leading facilitation of the early career framework for both early career teachers (ECTs) and mentors. I support all the academies within the Trust and Diverse Association with all aspects of ECT induction, and work with a number of partners including Redhill Teaching Hub to strengthen what we offer. I also review ECT assessments for the appropriate body. I am also a teacher of English and associate principal at Tuxford Academy.
