This week, we warmly welcomed our new trainee teachers for September 2024 at Tuxford Academy.
The day began with breakfast coffee and croissants, followed by an engaging welcome and induction session, marking the beginning of an exciting journey into teaching. The induction was more than a mere introduction; it provided our trainees with the opportunity to network and build relationships with their peers as they prepare to embark on their PGCE programmes across our Trust and partner schools. The day was filled with informative sessions, engaging activities, and ample opportunities for everyone to connect. It was inspiring to witness the enthusiasm and dedication of our new trainees as they fully participated, making the most of this invaluable experience.
As the day concluded, we were filled with optimism and excitement for the future. Here’s to a day that was not only productive but also inspiring, laying the foundation for a successful career in education.
