I lead on Early Career Teacher induction for the Trust, which involves leading facilitation of the Early Career Framework for both ECTs and mentors. I support all the schools within the Trust and Diverse Association with all aspects of ECT induction, and work with a number of partners including Redhill Teaching Hub to strengthen what we offer. I am also a teacher of English and a form tutor at Tuxford Academy.
