As a Diverse Academies strategic lead for Teaching, Learning and Professional Development, and a member of the Diverse Association Steering Group. I work closely with colleagues to develop and coach leaders in our primary, special and secondary academies. I am an Olevi accredited professional facilitator and coach and have over 17 years of experience in teacher training and facilitation. In addition, I work as an Assistant Principal and Teacher of Design and Technology at Tuxford Academy.
