As a Diverse Academies strategic lead for teaching, learning and professional development, and a member of the Diverse Association Steering Group. I work closely with teams to develop and coach teachers, leaders and support staff in our primary, special and secondary academies. I am an Olevi accredited professional facilitator and coach and have twenty years of experience in teacher training and facilitation. In addition, I work as an assistant principal and teacher of design and technology at Tuxford Academy.
