I am a primary principal within Diverse Academies. Following seven years of being the principal at Thrumpton Primary Academy, I am excited to be taking on the leadership of our brand-new primary, Thoresby Vale, which will open in September 2025. I bring a primary perspective to the Association team ensuring our offer is current and relevant for our primary colleagues. As a serving leader, I am also committed to ensuring that leadership pathways are developed, and all our training and leadership experiences are connected to the most current leadership research. I have recently completed a Masters in school-based leadership and development.
