I am responsible for leadership development within the Association. As a serving leader, I am committed to ensuring that leadership pathways are developed, and all our training and leadership experiences are deeply connected to the most current leadership research. I have a Masters in school-based leadership and development, which has connected me to leadership development from both the educational world and beyond into business leadership. I work as a principal at Wainwright Primary Academy.
