As Association CPD manager, I liaise with key staff across the Trust including primary academies and schools within our associated community to ensure our CPD offer prioritises their professional needs. Part of this process involves authorising CPD for staff within Diverse Academies and working with budget holders to maintain effective financial management. I am also responsible for building and sustaining the Association’s community programme and supporting staff with their CPD provision. I am passionately committed to the Olevi coaching framework and support the implementation of Olevi programmes. As well as becoming an accredited Power of Coaching facilitator, I enjoy facilitating CPD sessions to educational support staff across the Trust.
