With over two decades of service in education, I bring a wealth of experience in pastoral leadership within school environments. As an accredited member of the Olevi coaching and facilitation team, my passion lies in nurturing and empowering other professionals, and playing a role in the growth of both new and experienced teachers. I’m delighted to be part of a team dedicated to excellence, and am driven by a real commitment to develop our next generation of teachers; as such, I am extremely proud to be the new Routes into Teaching Lead for Diverse Academies.
